Lake Wales Ridge Ground-Water Monitoring Study

GROUND WATER QUALITY DATA

Ground water quality data currently include an overview of agricultural chemicals; summaries by analyte category are under development. The 1999-present sampling program focuses on nutrients and 29 pesticides and degradates, as well as selected major and trace dissolved inorganic constituents (see Analytes and Methods). Well construction information (well depths, screen intervals) including approximate depths to the water table at the monitoring wells is included in table 1.  The "Overview of Agrichemicals" (below) summarizes quarterly samples collected from April 1999 through April 2003.  "Reconnaissance Sampling" (below) corresponds to samples collected from five wells during July 2003.
